INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

OGES Studio™, OGES™, OG Gold Engraved Silhouette™, and associated branding, artwork, designs, and proprietary technology are intellectual property of OGES Studio, LLC, or their respective rights holders.

The OGES image-transformation process, software, proprietary methods, and original creative materials are protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or exploitation of protected OGES Studio technology, software, and branding is prohibited, except as permitted by law or authorized in writing.

CUSTOMER ARTWORK RIGHTS

Customers purchasing digital artwork receive nonexclusive personal and commercial usage rights as described in our Terms of Service.

Purchased artwork may be incorporated into printed products, apparel, promotional materials, merchandise, vehicle graphics, and other lawful commercial applications.

Purchases do not transfer ownership of OGES Studio's proprietary technology or trademarks.

Exclusive rights are not included with standard digital purchases and require a separate written agreement.

THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS

Photographs, logos, trademarks, names, and likenesses of third parties may be protected by copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other applicable laws.

The purchase or transformation of an image does not independently grant rights belonging to third parties. Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for their intended uses.

References to third-party brands, organizations, or individuals do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
