OGES STUDIO™ — TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to OGES Studio™, operated by OGES Studio, LLC. By accessing www.ogesstudio.com or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Products and Services

OGES Studio™ provides digital artwork, metallic-gold image transformations, personalized artwork, and related creative products. Physical merchandise may also be offered.

2. Digital Purchases

Digital artwork is generally delivered electronically after payment confirmation. All prices are displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes, if any, will be calculated during checkout.

Digital purchases are subject to our published Return and Refund Policy.

3. Commercial Use of Purchased Artwork

Customers, including individuals and businesses, may use their lawfully purchased digital artwork for personal and commercial purposes.

Permitted uses include printing, framing, apparel, promotional materials, vehicle graphics, merchandise, and incorporation into other products or services for resale.

No additional commercial license, subscription, or negotiated agreement is required for ordinary use of a purchased digital image.

4. Intellectual Property and Ownership

OGES Studio, LLC retains ownership of its proprietary image-conversion technology, software, processes, branding, trademarks, website content, and original intellectual property.

Purchasing digital artwork grants the customer a nonexclusive, worldwide, perpetual right to use the purchased image for permitted purposes. It does not transfer ownership of OGES Studio's underlying technology, trademarks, or proprietary systems.

Customers may not falsely claim ownership of OGES Studio's proprietary technology, reproduce its software, or use OGES Studio branding in a manner suggesting an unauthorized partnership or endorsement.

5. Exclusivity

Digital artwork purchases do not include exclusive rights. OGES Studio may offer the same or similar artwork to other customers.

Exclusive rights, where available, require a separate written agreement.

6. Customer-Submitted Images

Customers submitting photographs, logos, or other materials represent that they have the rights or necessary permissions to submit those materials and request the intended transformation and use.

Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary third-party permissions, including rights relating to trademarks, copyrights, privacy, and publicity.

OGES Studio reserves the right to decline requests that may violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

7. Digital File Availability

Customers are responsible for downloading and securely storing purchased digital files. We may provide replacement download access when reasonably available but do not guarantee indefinite file hosting.

8. Prohibited Activities

Customers may not interfere with website security, access restricted systems without authorization, reverse-engineer proprietary software in violation of applicable law, or use our services for unlawful purposes.

9. Disclaimer and Liability

Products and services are provided subject to applicable consumer protection laws. To the extent permitted by law, OGES Studio, LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of its website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes to Terms

OGES Studio may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Changes will not retroactively eliminate rights already granted for completed purchases.
