DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY

OGES Studio, LLC specializes in premium digital artwork and metallic-gold image transformations.

All digital artwork purchased through www.ogesstudio.com is delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped with a digital artwork purchase.

DELIVERY METHOD

Following successful payment, customers will receive access to their purchased digital artwork through a download link provided on the order confirmation page, by email, or through another electronic delivery method specified at checkout.

Digital products are generally available shortly after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on payment processing, technical availability, and whether an order requires customization.

SHIPPING CHARGES

There are no physical shipping charges for digital-only purchases.

PERSONALIZED ARTWORK

Customized artwork may require additional processing time. Customers will be informed of applicable production or delivery estimates when placing their orders.

DOWNLOAD ASSISTANCE

If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading your purchased artwork, please contact us at stevenmaurice@ogesstudio.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve download issues and provide access to properly purchased files.

FUTURE PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE

OG Collection™ apparel and other physical merchandise may become available through OGES Studio.

When physical products are offered, applicable shipping charges, delivery estimates, and fulfillment conditions will be displayed at checkout or in the relevant product information.
